Variety: GEISHA, 100% Colombian Coffee.
Process: Extended controlled fermentation. 30 hours.
Drying: Sun dried at Raised Beds.

Altitude: 2.000 M.A.S.L.
Roast Level: Medium

Fragrance:  Complex fragrance of Lemongrass with black tea ,surrounded by a marked Bergamot. This coffee is an explosion of delicates spicy and citric notes.
Aroma: This cup explodes in the aroma lemongrass, peach, passion fruit, too much notes and delicate flowers.
Flavor: Intense flavor that creates a medium bodied coffee , brilliant as a tea, Peach acidity and juiciness aftertaste with lemon, white chocolate and bergamot.
