Cargo village has a built up area of 300,000 square meter village and is the first cargo handling facility of its kind in the Middle East. Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance awarded the ISO 9002 certificate to this cargo center. The cargo village meets the highest international standards.

The cargo village has completed more than 15 years of service and clients have appreciated its well appointed facilities all throughout these years. Today with more than 15 years of service the cargo village is still working towards further improving its business procedures. It has been immensely successful in cutting Dubai warehousing costs including cost in operations and maintenance. It has achieved a position from where it can guarantee you total satisfaction in your freight handling/storage requirements.

Now with the changed traffic flow method at the cargo village moving in and out of Dubai with your freight has become easier. Earlier there was only one gate to let in traffic, but now it has two gates thus creating two separate points for receipt of goods and shipment of goods respectively. This has given a totally new dimension to Dubai warehousing facilities.

A new mega terminal has also been added to this Dubai air cargo center to help increase cargo-handling capacity by 2.5 million tonnes per year. This construction has been done in seven levels where two levels are meant for operations and the five levels will function as offices. All these levels are housed within the main building of the cargo village.With the completion of the mega terminal operations have already started.

Moreover to handle walk-in customers there are additional offices. A five to six level larger parking area has been created to help address the problem of parking space. You can now avail Dubai warehousing facility within the new parking area as the ground space is being utilized to provide warehousing facilities.

The Dubai cargo village has become the largest cargo hub of the region within a short period of time and handles 350,000 tonnes of cargo per yearly (950 tonnes a day). It has two separate buildings. One for warehousing and the other will provide office space to domestic as well as international cargo agents and freight forwarders.
