Seafood remains at the core of the cooking heritage of Porto Romano. Cozzee Gratinate – Stuffed Mussel where fresh mussels and stuffed with bread crumbs, herbs and parmesan cheese are baked in half shells. This is the speciality of Southern Italy. The mussel used is soft and it is imported.

Porto Romano own another outlet located at City Square, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. This outlet is smaller and is located in the shopping mall. The menu is the same but this outlet targeted more to office people and hotel guest.
