Your ex didn’t simply decide that she did not want to be with you anymore – she had reasons for doing this. The best thing to do is to respect her wishes to break up for the time being, give her space – lots of it, and then try to get your ex girlfriend back.

Your ex was obviously angry at the time of the break up, and there is a good chance that she is still feeling this way. That is why it will be a big mistake on your part to try to talk to her right now. She is still resentful towards you, and if you even try to get your ex girlfriend back at this point in time, you will be met with a solid brick wall.

The simple fact is she is not interested in being with you now, and is probably enjoying being on her own again. Don’t interfere with her or her life right now – it is her way of dealing with the break up and the way she is feeling about you. It is definitely not the right time to try to get your ex girlfriend back.

However, if you stay completely away from her for a while, there is a very good chance that she might start missing you. Your relationship couldn’t have been all doom and gloom – you must have had some fantastic times together if you were together for a while. This could be the key to get your ex girlfriend back.

Give her time to enjoy her single life for a while, and let her get over the break up completely, that it becomes a vague memory to her. At some point she is going to start thinking about those great times you had together, and this will make her start missing you.

Don’t sit around waiting for this to happen though – it could take a long time. Get on with your own life as well and enjoy yourself. At some time in the future your ex will give you some sort of indication that she would like to talk to you. This is when you grab the opportunity with both hands, and do all you can to get your ex girlfriend back.
